Where to apply for your Driving Test

To book your practical test by post, complete the application form and send it, with the appropriate fee to the Driving Test Centre where you wish your driving test to be carried out. The addresses will be shown on the front of the application form, this can also be done in person at the Driving Test Centre.
If applying online or by phone, you will need your provisional driving license information, and theory test pass certificate number, payment must also be made by debit / credit card.
